How successful/profitable have 'Annual retreats' been to organizations? Most especially 'for profit' businesses and government agencies.

it was successful because I choose a great people to work who I really trust. there are some people who is willing to work hard to achieve the business or the target, but they just want some encouragement from their supervisor.
