What is the safest paying method i can use while shopping online?

I think that  PayPal is better for safe paying.

PayPal is a good way, safe and fast.

Cash On Delivery , Much more safer

Check the product on delivery and upon your satisfaction only pay by way of any gateway as per your requirement. But prefer payment only on post delivery and conditions of satisfaction.

Get a pre-paid visa card where you can just load enough balance for your online purchase. Its far much better than having other accounts and end up landing to a shopping site that only allows visa
