First you must check if your PC meets windows7 requirments if it is ok you can  download and run the free Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from mircrosoft site , turn off any USB device such printers , scanner and strat the Windows7 Upgrade Advisor then Follow the intructions after finishing it will be installed
