first thing first, gather your staff depending on they're shift. Then arranged it.

much better to train staff early in the morning before the shift would start. Basic first, on my last training with my staff, i arranged my power point to the brands and designers. but each item should have all the key points and actual picture as well. i have to explain detail by detail and they can asked question after training. annual performance appraisal is very important. refreshing, asking questions would enchance they're knowledge to achieve a good performance.
