What is the difference between Implementation plan & action plan?

An action plan refers to the schedule for implementing required activities to achieve a desired goal whilst implementation plan has a more holistic view of identifying required resources, developing assumptions, forecasting short and long-term outcomes, budgeting, allocating authority responsibility and scheduling of activities as a prelude to achieving desired objectives.

Implementation mean, what is going to be done, and action plan mean, what are ways to be done.

Implementation plan is the plan in which the activities of what will be done are kept/ mentioned and action plan are the plan showing what will excatly needs to be done  in the project

Action plan is a list. Where as implimentation plan need all details required for implimentation.

Both needs to be done and monitored vs KPIs and targets with ROI.

Action plan will be a comprehensive implementation plan generally either be more accurate because they enter the minute detail

Implementation plan is what to be done and action plan is how to be done.

when the idea  for a project or job is  on the paper then it is known as action plan, once the action plan on paper is used to get the jobs done or towards the running of project then it is implementation of plan.

Implementing Plan is the original plan on the documents, while Action Plan is the action to be executed to address the problem encountered or to mitigate delays.

The plan of action includes strategies and general objectives

The plan includes timetables for implementing the time and financial plan
