How we get a brilliant photo that everyone likes?

Even most of the photographers ask same questions on their selves. Well it goes like this; you take the best picture and process it on software enhancement tools, so how can you tell to the world  that your image is brilliant and how the whole world say you photo is brilliant too. so you have a key now on how your composition works, some photo's you like were didn't like by viewers and some photos you don't like is much appreciated by the viewers.. well even me too I can't say my work is best. the best thing is you create an account at500px and upload your picture where in you can evaluate your images and some composiiton that you want to improve.. because some of photographers they will give a like, repost and comments on your images that will makes you happy offcouse you can gain brilliant ideas about compostion in different genres of photography. because images has no feelings but it will give you a feeling because of the photographer's composition...
