What is your customer care philosophy?

My customer service philosophy is- ''I am the customer and i treat others the way i would treat myself in every given situation.''

Put yourself into the shoes of a customer. Treat how you wanna be treated. it works in customer service as well as in general life.

Be honest and loyal to your customers, trust in your own products and never mis sell a wrong product.
Always remember......that Your company may FIRE you but your loyal CUSTOMERS will never leave you.
