What would be the utmost satisfaction of a customer while purchasing and using a specific item from the market?

The utmost satisfaction could be when the benefit of that item is much more compared to its price !

the thing that satisfies a customer is the quality of the product ..if the company is targeting the normal public then in order for them to attract customers to buy their product the price should be reasonable as well as the quality should be Good..

1. When it surpass its expected limitation eg: wireless router with100 meters radius does well at150 meters also

2. Products works for at least double the warranty period and if in case breaks down within warranty period then replacement within a day or two (Mobile, laptop, CPU's etc)

3. When warranty is covered even for the cause not mentioned on warranty card (eg: water splash is covered but exceptional supported provided on request for submerged under water also)

4. Competitive pricing, Design,Color, Social Status for the brand etc 

Such things will make customer happy for the product they have bought.

I think is the customer service we give to them and the quality of product we are selling.

The utmost satisfaction of a customer is when the item that he/she purchased can provide him the unexpected results way beyond his expectation and can be utilized more than what he expected.
