To handle customers during pressure situation is sometime a daunting task, For me personally first thing is to be CALM, no matter what the situation, If a person looses his/her Calmness then customers take advantage of the situation. Make sure that you listen to customers attentively so that you can answer all their question in an appropriate manner.

ALWAYS BE CALM, NO MATTER THE SITUATION, IT HELPS
