Yes, I am comforatable delegating others. Team work is very important in every organization. Each individual should be given with certain responsibilties. Then it is our responsibility to get the work done by them in a right way. 

 

Business delegating to others is an important process in the team-based efforts. One can not complete the task by himself and by bringing others into this process, it helps to generate a flow of different structure and responsibilities within the framework of the work.
