What is the most important thing when working in a group of common interest?

04Sep15.....Spend a whole lotta time together at the water cooler and if you don't have one...then gather at the coffee pot...to discuss the sports that happened the night before and to complain how the lineup at Timmy's when you stopped by in the morning to get your daily cuppa java was so long that you were late for work.....again......Go figure....

Team work is the most important thing when working in a group of common interest, otherwise you will never be able to achieve the target.
