Infotainment can be connected to the car ECU, giving the ability to open the car and start it remotely over the internet. Even though i wouldn't be concerned about security threats as it depends on the security of the internet network (meaning it is fairly secure)

On the contrary I am very excited to the cool features that can be available in the future, ( Imagine in blazing hot day, being able to start your car and turn on the AC15 mins before you get there, and all of that over a mobile app  )

I think it will be helpful rather having any disadvantage. I think it is systematically the information is available and provided to the user who is driving or using in the vehicle, if anything wrong is provided may be because of the wrong inputted information by the user, so it shouldn't be a security threat or a problem from the system side. I hope the system is well tested before placing on live. With little knowledge I have about this, I can think of the above reasons only. Thanks.
