Whats the best way to avoid discrimination in either profession and races?

As an individual working and living in a multicultural society, I'd like to say that respect and kind approach would get you in. Since we're all living in a diverse community, it's a must to respect each and everyone's race and be open to possible friendship. Treat everyone with fairness and equality on the basis of individualism not on their race/profession.
