How to send a good Message?

I believe, a thorough understanding of  the subject matter, the kind of message we want to deliver and understanding of our audience (message recipient) is basic in delivering a good message. Then we must find the right and articulate way to deliver the message, which is suitable and understandable by the recipient. The simpler the better.
