We need to balance these parameters to get the required flow and noise limits to size a duct.
In Auto CAD normally2d is used to make lines or polylines to draw ducts but in3d Version or revit type soft wares can make3d Ducts which are more in detailed but need expertise in these softwares and they are capable to make x-sections and may b BOQ as well at any point
