Your boss uses rough language with other employees (Not you), What will be your take on this?

I go ahead with my duties , my responsibilities and my commitments and don't care if the manager be persuading , be satisfying or not but at the same time I support my colleagues as long as they do their best for achieving the company goals and objectives.

There should be some rule in policy that we can make complain against our boss. we will follow the rule and make complain.

First I shall try to know the real cause behind this meanwhile I may pass a comment  or feeling that employees are after all  humans and they shall be treated in a particular manner.

We are also not exempted, if his mood is not in good condition

First of all, we should know our responsibilities correctly, be reluctant in performing them with ZERO errors, submit all reports and information in time.

If your working pattern is perfect, your boss may not touch you

I will not do anything that irritate my boss. n will try sometime to highlight this habbit of my boss in some healthy way, by any motivating video or some joke... Etc. but will never poke in his matter
