In some branches computerized fee collection system is used. While in other small loss making branches a manual system is applied and pre-numbered fee booklets are issued to each such branch. How can internal auditor minimize the risk of fraud?

Use stamp and or marks authenticated by guards everytime transactions are made to have a double recording and monitoring of all items coming in and going out of the company.
