As a teacher, I think that educational institutions should focus on developing the personal skills for the individuals as well as develope their weak areas which can be considred as their weakness inside the class, like self steem , their disccusion skills (since there are many teachers lak this matter) . Further , they should exposed to proffessinol traines.
