Putting the social structure of a society  on the right track is a long term plan. Education, economics and social development are co-related. To improve the living conditions and to start a journey towards prosperity needs to take these sectors together to the next level by better planning, programming and action within the parameters of the existing resources. 

We need to pool up our resources and prepare a list of our preferences and then plan out a strategy with the participation of all stake holders which could be claimed "the best possible"

Of course the most important in this process is "the selection of right person on the right spot". It needs  PURPOSEFUL EDUCATION.

For me the best way to improve educational, social and economical condition of backward people of our society is to put the right leaders with the right attitude in the right authority or position, this will help to shape the attitude of the those being led through a gradual process of cultural transformation.

Education / "Thirst for Right Education" alone will improve those conditions of people who want to. 

Must initially choose the right people in the seat of government and start from scratch and that the exploitation of human and material resources and that re-planning methodology to the reality of society and true strategy of court and away from blind imitation of the West and the spiritual nurture our youth national reformist thought.

The best way is to moderate religious education
