Thank you for your invite. When we find that candidate is best fit for the role. We discuss salary and when can they join. According to my experience these two questions are the indications of a successful interview, rest of the modalities are finalized by the HR manager once we find that candidate expectations are within our budgeted salary for the role and joining date meets our requirement.

Firstly, the interview will take longer due to some additional questions being asked. The interviewer will have a very positive body language. The interviewer may also discuss your likely role or/& some hint on your salary expectations. In certain cases where he is not the final authority, the interviewer may ask you to wait or come later for an interview with the head of the organization.

I agree with the answers above, even it depend of what kind of position should be fulfilled. In my experience one of the major questions from the interviewer is for example; how long would you need to prepare the program, plan to achieve the company goals, in which time you could realize it and when you could start ......
