How important is it for retail sales employees to wear the same uniform?

Very important. It's the brand logo or symbol that people remembers. It represents the whole image of the company. If people are working wearing the same uniform, they are visible, looking professional, trustworthy and represents the company. In business, first impression and identification are key to selling and attracting customers. Mostly people choose brand and what is well-known. Now it's our duty to deliver their expectations.

The company has a specific image to show in which it depends on the its logo, building, uniform, and type of people it imploys. Wearing a uniform by employees gives clients the feeling of the company's customer orientation and quality service. Clients always get impressed by the image the company presents.
