Will a person who is hardworker and good attitude , will get success?

I think for sure he will get success, because of his good attitude he can definitely make his hard work as smart work by getting the required work done through acquiring/gaining knowledge or getting the work done from the right people through his good attitude, will get things done as required on time, will get success.
