It would be a rewarding offer for both customer and the business if discounts and offers are directed by loyalty membership/program rather than giving discounts and offers upfront just to win customers because other business can offer discount and offers too. Service and quality should be the main reason people are choosing a brand rather than because it gives them lower prices and offers. It all boils down to the product/service.
