Which is better: financial or cost accounting, or management accounting with regard to salaries?

Salary Comensurate with skill and expertise.  Here one can have the scope to apply in all the three fields mentioned. 

Financial accounting is much more general and long term would probably warrant a higher salary if you are set on only becoming good at one of the three areas

Financial accounting is better.
