How i can improve my english skills in talking?

Not only you can, you will greatly and immesnely improve your skills by communicating and especially with native speakers 

To improve your English skills talking,you shoul participat in conversations,talk in English with your friends,listening to music and repeat after your listening,campar between your speaking and the native speakers by using recorded,first listen to the conversation and after  record your talking and  start listen and you will campar between them and you will find your mistaks and correct them

First of all. if you want to improve your speaking skill, listen more and more to native speakers like whom you want to speak. So, if you want to speak like Americans, for example, listen to Americans whether live or on TV. The more you listen to their accent, the more your ears will get used to hearing and understanding it. This process will in turn reflect on your speaking organs when you try to speak English. You will find yourself unconsciously imitating these familiar sounds and group of sounds the same way your ears had heard them. Actually, this is the way children learn to speak. Then comes the second step which is practicing speaking. Practice makes perfect, as they say.

Try to speak to native speakers

Watch english news everyday, read the news paper and of course converse only in english to your friends.

Speaking is the cure. When you talk to someone, you squeeze your mind to say things in a clear manner.. That's a perfect exercise.

reading books and explain that stories to others.

Just need to speak in English with your friends even though you are not confident makes you learn things from your mistakes.

Go back to basic like when your in high school days...read tongue twisters.
