Human Resources manage all Employee and Employee Related Matters (Recruitments, Induction, Payroll, Perfromance management, Hr Policies, Exit Management, etc) that affect Productivity in an Organization.
  Administration relates to all matters related to Office Management - Travel Arrangments, Infrastructure management, etc..
