SCADA= supervisory control and data acquisition it has many application right from industrial automation, power distribution to water management. The common feature of SCADA include dynamic process mimic, trends, alarm, connectivity with hardware, recipe management.

 

HMI= Human machine interface act like as an operator station. The operator can monitor as well as control the process parameters.

 

DCS= Distributed control system uses multiple processor, has a central database and the functionality is distributed.
