Indeed I agree with Mr. Asim's view. Able leader definitely know how to get the team perform up to the requirement and ultimately lead to make the team success.

They are compliment to each other, hand in glove , success and failure of one is dependent on other. Individually one may be outstanding but when it comes to playing with team it a different ball game altogether. A team is built to fill the gap of individuals. No one is as good as everyone.
