Corruption Perception Index ranks countries based on perception of corruption in the public sector. Since perception is used to measures corruption which in most case hidden a greater degree of time is required to get an appropriate time.

I do not know the exact answer for this question, but I support Mr. Mohammed Emran answer.

It is all down to tradition, business culture and a general high level of transparency in everything we (I'm Danish) do.
