Recurrent goiter with retrosternal extension what is the modality of treatment?

40  year female underwent subtotal thyroidectomy12 years ago due to simple nodular  goiter with pressure symptoms . Histopathology report was colloid goiter with some follicular cells .

Now presented with recurrent goiter with retrosternal extension .
