CONVERT THE DRAWING FILE TO DXF.

Command:

DXFOUT then DXFIN and open the DXF file then save it as DWG.

Convert or saveas your files to DXF and then again saveas it as autocad file format with any version u like to choose the stamp will be remove automatically. hope u would find this answer true
