Do skills and talents in your job really matters in applying for the job?

In Consultancy and Coaching are skills and talent the elementary needs. I would say the natural talent is important for any job, even for some jobs more then for others. Any job where you need flexibility, imagination, creativity is talent and very good skills a must!

To an extent it does matter. Skills and talent are the two main things that differentiate one job from another. Each and every particular job needs its own skill and talents inorder to get the maximum results. Most of the times in a job some additional skills are required which may or may not be required but it does do the icing on the cake for sure.
