Architect has to be multi- educated person and he/she has to be a manager of the engineering process with enough knowledge in urban planning, designing, civil engineering, installations (water, heating, sewer) as well as a perfect pedagogue to settle dawn the nervous investors. Civil engineer is a essential part of the team who has to be forced for thinking.
