Any Hotel marketing tips that may be useful?

Hotel marketing tips is only that you serve good food and good other services at good rate so that customer may reach to hotel again and again because it is totally service industry so how you serve to your customer is very  important and hotel should be always full so make charges such away that hotel should be full and also not such rate that other customer may come should be denied that no room is available so see the market condition and behave like that.
