First understand the nature of the conflict listen to both sides, determine the real issue talk to them let them calm and explain the handbook on how to respect each other and to the company as a worker

Most importantly is to understand the nature of the conflict (personal/professional), then employees can be encouraged to work it out themselves but if this didn't work well, other ways should be determined to meet common goals. An agreement on the best suggested solution should be taken as each party has to take responsibility in the resolution. A certain training can be provided at this stage that might help employees get along together and decide on preventative starategies for the future.
