Protection of information ensures trade secrets are protected, prevents data corruption, maintains data integrity and confidentiality, with legitimate access control.

Data entry software secures in a certain way that any data entry is consistent and accurate in the Information system... but it depends on the completeness (that all HR data entry fields are covered) and integrated support level (linked with the HR administration and Payroll processes) of the HR information architecture, and its IT-security protocols to secure data consistency.
