As a condition for a job should be flexible as
1- English language is a must now a days
2- computer is strongly required
3- Good appearance is good by being stylish its not professional to be a job requirement
4- Mentioning a specific age is not professional as some people are young in age but can take managerial position
5- Certification holders request is good but some people just study for the exam to get the certificate only for the job while some others might have more knowledge than the certified one
6- Experience years are required but there must be excpetion for some cases that people have less years but can handle the job
Maybe exception one condition or more
