Which leadership style is best suited for you and why do you think so?

Among all I prefer democratic and Transactional type are best suited reason being you need to motivate your team members by giving them award/reward and punishments. This include rewards, materialistic or psychological, for effort and recognizes good performance, this will  be purely based on increasing the efficiency of established routines and procedures. Also, I believe in discussion, debate and sharing of ideas and encouragement of people to feel good about their involvement.
