I have just a few modal mass fraction that exceed the 5% of the total mass, in Modal analysis, how much cases I need to consider ?

The number of 'useful' modes to conseder in modal analyses is the number of modes for witch the sum of modal masses meet 90 to 95 % of the total mass token in considered dirction. In some cases it's a good practice to consider the missing masses by a 'pseudo mode'.
