yes why not... there is no qualification to be become a CEO. one should have business acumenship and sharp observer with speedy decision making ability to become a CEO.

any one can become a CEO.

In generally yes! There is no limitation who can or can't become an CEO. We have sample where people came from dishwasher to Hotel-owner. The point is always the knowledge, skills and others which is important to be an good CEO. CEO in generally means to be the Head of ....(something). and there is a big difference between CEO and CEO even between companies and a lot other details.......

No. A secretary cannot become a CEO of a company since he does not have the sufficient experience managing the company affairs.
