As the others answered, but if you can make your own search and find and train someone you know who has the basic skills it will be better to keep in touch faster and keep them up to date with your changing needs.

It will be better to find them at place you are . there will be less problem in time. you can control them how are they doing. If something goes wrong (e.g. internet connection) you will have problem in time.... I advise find them locally.
