What is the most rewarding thing about a Community Manager's job, in your opinion?

1) Interacting with people as a brand with human emotions.

2) Enjoying the responsibility to tell stories about your brand because you love it so much.

3) Developing the viral marketing strategy because you want your brand to have a better personality then your frenemy the competitor i.e."think of trying to lead in the popularity contest in college or your dorms".
