You only need one command to backup it;s:

dd if=/dev/sda of=path-to-save/mbr-backup bs=512 count=1

To fix MBR you should following this instruction:-

Download Easy Recovery essentials
Burn the image
boot easy recovery essntials
choose automated Repair option and click contiue
choose your windows insallation driver letter and click on automated Repair
Easy Recovery essential will now begin
once the process is complete click Restart
Done you windows loading Now
