you can use the IF formula and other formulas and functions inside word if you have some values you want to arrange or assign them a name or a another value

About MS Word , you can triple-click anywhere within a paragraph to select the entire paragraph in word , or press the CTRL key and click anywhere within the sentence to select the entire sentence.

First How to start the MS word you can take the following steps to start the MS word which is as under.

Step1: Click on start button then click on Run Or use short cut key (Windows+R) the run dialog box is open type the (winword) in it and press enter.

Step2: A formal procedure click on start button then click on all programs and then click on Microsoft office folder and then click on MS word icon.

To select the text:

1. To select the text use the sift button with arrow key or use the mouse to drag the mouse pointer on the text for select  it..

2. Use short cut to select the paragraph Ctrl+Shift+ Down arrow.

We use Shortcuts.... I think max. persons knew it.

to Cut the txt = Ctrl + x

to Paste = Ctrl + v

to Save the doc. = Ctrl + s

and many more keys are there to work faster and to save the time. 

We can send one letter to many peoples / recipients by email or by taking print.

thees are some tips and tricks which we are using commonly.
