Most definitely. A lot of Googlers, specially in non-eng roles, use Microsoft Excel. A large percentage of those who used it,3 years ago, have migrated off to Google Spreadsheets (or the libreoffice version) but there is definitely still a pocket of Googlers with good business reason to stay in MS Excel.
