To be honest I have never heard of the SEO audit until now.The fees should be based on the same basis as costing an assurance audit, it is based on time spent, the technical knowledge and experience of the audit clerk, and then there is time factor of the audit partner reviewing the report, and the training process. I found a website that posted this on their SEO audit fee:
