Most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born-that there is a genetic factor to leadership. That’s nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true.

Well, I agree with this statement completely, even there are people who are born with some talent which makes it easier to be leader and there are other who have to solve hard work to become leader, but it doesn't has to do with genetic.

Yes, definitely there is a genetic factor to leadership, but the story has an other side. Born leaders will never become true leaders unless their skills and traits are sharpen and directed to good action.
