Which is better ephedrine or phenylepherine to treat hypotention during cesarean section?

Phenylephrine (PE) has been taking over recently as the drug of choice in treating hypotension during CS. This followed a study that showed better Apgar scores in babies born from women who had PE compared to those who had ephedrine. However care should be taken during the use of PE as severe reflex bradycardia that needs treatment may occur. 

Ephedrine causes tachycardia, bradycardia may result phnypherine

both drug can be used at the same time

If the patient is tachycardic , it's better to give phenyl ephedrine , if not then ephedrine ..
