but UAE and Qatar have an aggresive potential opportunities for invest which make its ROE are higher which due to their open financial markets ( Open for foriengers ) comparing to the closed market in KSA .

It is also promoting tourism, as a result the real estate sector and infrastructure growth is likely to see growth going forward. This coupled with the mega Dubai expo is likely to increase spending on key infrastructural projects.
