Why always same companies are repeating announcement and why do you accept confidential announcement for companies?

For repeated companies name ,ok may they did not find the good candidate but for confidential announcement ,for me i do not trust to apply ;because the announcement must be clear as i must know which road i must take in. Thank you and Regards
